One Stop Resource Centre

Dane Road Industrial Estate, Sale (next to Dane Road Metrolink Station)

The One Stop Resource Centre is a joint initiative between Trafford South Primary Care Trust and Trafford Borough Council Social Services. The Centre offers comprehensive co-ordinated services in a central location. It provides aids, adaptations and equipment to Trafford residents needing help to live with disabilities or recover from an illness.

Disabled Facilities Grant

Your first step is to contact the Community Advice Team (CAT):

The Community Advice Team will take your details and pass them on to the One Stop Resource Centre for an assessment visit. There is a priority system, so it may be some time before an Occupational Therapist or Disabled Living Advisor can visit you.
